First sovereign Dutch AI compute platform: GPU capacity as a service for companies and public authorities, with a first AI Factory in Amsterdam operational from October 2026 as a stepping stone to the planned AI Gigafactory in Rotterdam.
The first phase is financed by the De Groot Family Office, with infrastructure from Dell and hosting by NorthC; the initiative explicitly positions itself as a contribution to Dutch digital sovereignty.
