Novi Vinodolski bypass due for completion in spring 2027

During a site visit on 17 Jul 2026, Transport Minister Butković said the Novi Vinodolski bypass with connecting roads to Selce and Povile is on schedule and due for completion in spring 2027 or later; 30 Jun 2027 is a placeholder. He also named the first quarter of 2027 for the first 10.5 km of the Istrian Y from the Učka tunnel, including the €17.7m Matulji interchange, and announced the start of works on the Križišće-Jadranovo motorway section for autumn.
