On 6 October 2026 Dacke Industri acquired 80% of automation provider Inlead Automation, which becomes part of its Precision & Protection division. Inlead has about 30 employees who transfer with the business and annual sales of about SEK 72m; no price was disclosed (Dacke Industri, press release via Cision, 13 Oct 2026).
