Systemair plans to close Waalwijk plant

Swedish ventilation maker Systemair intends to phase out production at Waalwijk in the Netherlands by early 2027 and move it to other European plants; about 70 employees are affected, while sales, service, logistics and technical support stay on site. Consultations with employee representatives come first; a one-off cost of roughly SEK 115m compares with annual savings of about SEK 35m (Systemair, 29.09.2026).
