On 11 September 2026 Bitcoin Suisse announced it would cut up to 60 of the 120 jobs at its Zug headquarters (about half of its Swiss workforce) and close its Copenhagen development site, shifting back-office functions to Bratislava and Vietnam as it repositions from a Swiss-focused crypto provider to an international wealth-management firm.
