Hankook completes fourth expansion phase in Rácalmás, adding 450 jobs

Hankook has completed the fourth expansion phase at its Rácalmás plant (Fejér county): €540 million (around HUF 200 billion) has funded some 66,000 m² of new production and ancillary buildings since 2024, plus a truck and bus tyre line starting up in October 2026. The line has annual capacity of over 800,000 tyres and creates more than 450 jobs in the region. Since 2007 the South Korean group has invested around €856 million at the site across three earlier phases (Infostart/MTI, 15.09.2026).
