Sweden's New Wave Group agreed on 31 August 2026 to acquire all shares in Balingen-based uhlsport, which had revenue of about €67m in 2025; no price was disclosed (New Wave Group, 31 August 2026). Update (1 October 2026): following competition clearance the acquisition has been completed (New Wave Group, 1 October 2026).
