The Hollandse Kust (West) VII offshore wind farm (project name OranjeWind) is located in the North Sea about 53 km off the Dutch coast and is planned to comprise 53 Vestas V236-15.0 MW turbines with an installed capacity of around 795 MW (760 MW grid connection capacity). The developer is Oranje Wind Power II, an RWE subsidiary in which TotalEnergies acquired a 50% stake in July 2024; offshore construction is expected to start in 2026, with full commissioning planned for early 2028.
