Event
On 26.10.2026 the European Commission accepts Temu's action plan to remedy its breach of the Digital Services Act

Within four months Temu must submit an interim risk assessment covering the period to 30.11.2026; the basis is the May 2026 decision with a EUR 200m fine

The plan has five measures, including a platform-specific risk analysis, reliable effectiveness metrics and a check on whether recommender systems amplify illegal goods. It follows the breach the Commission fined at €200m in May 2026 (European Commission, Daily News 26.10.2026).
