Swiss Sequotech Group (Jura, around 400 employees, founded in 2020 with backing from Verium) is acquiring Zurich-based IT services provider Tiag AG (managed services, cloud, modern workplace and VoIP for SMEs in German-speaking Switzerland). No purchase price was disclosed; management and staff stay on board. It is the group's second Zurich-area acquisition in 2026, after Zubler & Partner in the spring.
