HANOS files takeover of poultry trader Nico van de Bunt

The Dutch competition authority ACM published on 31 July 2026 the merger filing under which foodservice wholesaler HANOS (Admidex B.V.) intends to acquire sole control of poultry and game supplier Poeliersbedrijf Nico van de Bunt B.V.; the request is dated 28 July 2026. HANOS operates 20 cash-and-carry wholesale outlets and distribution centres in the Netherlands plus three in Belgium. Nico van de Bunt supplies Dutch hospitality businesses with food and food-related non-food products and, alongside the usual range, carries a dedicated assortment for customers cooking oriental cuisine. Case number ACM/26/203408; no purchase price was disclosed.
