Dübendorf completes Younic development with 228 flats

In the Hochbord development area of Dübendorf, near Stettbach station, the UBS "Sima" real estate fund (UBS (CH) Property Fund – Swiss Mixed) completed the "Younic" residential and commercial complex: 228 rental apartments (1.5 to 5.5 rooms), 396 m² of ground-floor retail space, and 150 underground parking spaces. Construction ran from spring 2022 to summer 2025, with an investment volume of about CHF 200 million; the development holds the SNBS Gold sustainability label. Note: the source (owner fund UBS) states 228 apartments rather than the 233 given in the original list; other project parties (e.g. developer Mettler2Invest/zirkulit) cite around 240 residential units in total across several buildings.
