Ton van Kuyk Groep acquires car dealer Klaver Autogroep

North Holland-based Ton van Kuyk Groep is acquiring the Alkmaar dealer group Klaver Autogroep, comprising Klaver Auto, Klaver Lease and Autoschade Herstel Roos. The deal ends 89 years of independence for the dealer founded in 1937; operations and staff are to be retained.
