The scheme of up to 86 MW, reported by ČTK as the largest of its kind in the Czech Republic, is off for now; the site has no power connection on that scale.

Days after reports of an AI data centre of up to 86 MW at Ralsko in the Česká Lípa district, the investor has pulled out: Findome, wholly owned by businessman Petr Šebeček and active mainly in property and solar energy, is pausing the project and withdrawing its environmental impact assessment application. Market observers told e15 the scheme was a speculative bet that had been shopped around to other parties; the site has no power connection of the required scale, only a non-binding promise of a substation by 2029. No investment figure was ever given (e15.cz, 7 Oct 2026).
