The deal values Bahnhof at SEK 6.1bn and makes Telenor Sverige the second-largest fixed broadband provider in Sweden (Nyhetsbyrån Direkt via Placera, 8 July 2026). Update (2 November 2026): the Swedish Competition Authority has approved the acquisition, so all regulatory conditions are now met (Telenor Sverige, 2 November 2026).
