CapMan Real Estate, through CapMan Nordic Real Estate IV, is buying the Copenhagen Hotel Scandic Webers (152 rooms, about 7,400 sq m) from Jeudan together with AP Pension in a 50/50 joint venture; the price is not disclosed. A comprehensive renovation is planned with operator Scandic, and final closing still awaits EU approval of the merger of AP Pension and CapMan (CapMan, press release, 8 Oct 2026).
