Applied Digital secures up to 1 GW of power for AI campus in Finland

It is the company's first project outside the United States; power is to be available from 2028, and talks with large cloud customers are under way.

Applied Digital has not named the site, the investment or a construction timetable; it says further steps will depend on customer demand, permits and milestones, and that its focus remains on the US business (Applied Digital, 06.10.2026).
