Ahead of the review S&P expected zero growth for 2026, a current-account deficit of 7.2%, a budget deficit of 6.3% and public debt of 61.6% of GDP (Informat, 24 Sep 2026). The affirmation itself rests on the Agerpres report of 4 Oct 2026.
