Rambøll to cut 400 management roles across the group

The engineering and consulting firm Rambøll announces 400 redundancies at management level to simplify the organisation and speed up decisions; they are due to be completed by the end of November, with an undisclosed number of voluntary departures on top. Rambøll employs about 18,000 people, around 4,000 of them in Denmark; how many of the layoffs affect Denmark is unclear. Further streamlining that could also affect staff below management level is not ruled out (Copenhagen Post, 27 Oct 2026).
