Eli Lilly is buying Centessa Pharmaceuticals, a developer of treatments for sleep-wake disorders, for US$38 per share in cash plus a contingent value right of up to US$9, up to US$7.8bn in total (Pharmaceutical Executive, 31 March 2026).
