SGL Carbon is parting with its former carbon fibre site in Moses Lake (USA), transferring it to Refactor Moses Lake LLC. The USD 70m price is paid in instalments until 2027; the disposal gain is about USD 46m before costs, and the first instalment lifts the 2026 free cash flow outlook by USD 45m, while sales and earnings guidance stay unchanged (EQS ad hoc SGL Carbon, 23 Oct 2026).
