The new Favrholm station south of Hillerød in North Zealand was built jointly by Banedanmark and Lokaltog and opened for rail service on 10 December 2023. The station serves the new Favrholm urban development area and the regional hospital under construction nearby, and features about 450 parking spaces plus covered bicycle parking. Construction took roughly one and a half years; no investment figure is given on the source page.
