The Danish hearing aid manufacturer Demant is acquiring Germany's hearing care chain Kind, thereby becoming market leader in the German hearing aid market. Update (01.12.2025): Demant closed the Kind acquisition on 01.12.2025; with Kind's roughly 650 clinics and about 3,000 staff the group now runs more than 900 locations in Germany (Demant stock exchange announcement, 01.12.2025: https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=b901706e96839dcc83ef05fda16dd51d0&lang=en).
