The price is a symbolic €1, and edding adds a vendor loan and a restructuring contribution and takes over certain liabilities of the division. This ends the review of strategic options for its brand portfolio announced in March 2026; an update to the forecast is due by the end of November (edding AG, ad hoc release, 30 October 2026).
