Fenniarail to get new depot and headquarters in Kouvola by autumn 2027

Fenniarail is getting new premises in the Tehola logistics area of Kouvola for operations, locomotive maintenance, administration and train drivers, to be built by Kouvolan Yritystilat and finished by autumn 2027. A modern maintenance depot and new headquarters will replace the depot in Kotka, the head office in Helsinki and the storage space in Voikkaa; other maintenance work now spread across sites can also be pooled there, which shortens empty runs and drivers' walking distances and raises fleet availability.
