NYAB starts preparatory works for 200 MW data centre campus in Utajärvi

Work starts immediately, contract value undisclosed; fully built the campus would total 200 MW in four buildings, with later phases under negotiation.

NYAB Finland has signed the contract for site preparation and infrastructure works in the first phase of the campus developed by AMP Tank AG's project company Data Tank Nordic; the contract includes options to widen the works. Fully built, the campus would consist of four data centre buildings totalling 200 MW; NYAB's role in later phases is still under negotiation (NYAB, 9 Oct 2026).
