House Limerick closes after ten years, affecting 59 jobs

Hospitality and events venue House Limerick on Howley's Quay is closing after almost ten years in business; staff were informed on Tuesday 11 August 2026. Fifty-nine full- and part-time employees are affected. Advisory firm Interpath had been appointed joint receiver on 2 December 2025; the property and the business were subsequently sold to Tribeca Holdings, a London-based company owned by Limerick businessman Aidan Brooks. The new owner is not continuing the operation in its existing form.
