Synbiotic files for insolvency proceedings at Münster court

Synbiotic SE says in an ad-hoc notice that it will apply to the Münster local court to open insolvency proceedings. The company cites the persistently difficult cannabis market, financing not secured in time and the last shareholder meeting's refusal to approve new authorised capital.
