Nevomo supplies its magnetic MagRail Booster technology and, together with DP World and the port authority, plans a 750 m pilot track on existing rails; a study will assess use at further Indian ports.
The European company Nevomo has agreed with DP World and the Deendayal Port Authority in India to build a 750-metre pilot track using its magnetic MagRail Booster. The system automates container movements on existing rails without new track, while a feasibility study looks at roll-out to other ports.
