Indian IT services firm LTM has made an offer for Randstad's technology and consulting business in France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and Australia, which generates annual revenue of more than US$500m (Tribune India, 22 May 2026). Update (14 August 2026): the European Commission cleared the deal as case M.12507 (European Commission, Daily News, 14 August 2026).
