Effective 1 August 2026 DERTOUR Group (REWE Group) is acquiring, through DERTOUR Hotel & Resorts GmbH, the stake in DSR Hotel Holding previously held by Deutsche Seereederei, making it the sole owner; the holding had already been raised to 74.9% in 2024. DSR Hotel Holding operates 34 hotels in Germany, Austria and Italy (brands A-ROSA, aja, HENRI plus individual properties such as Louis C. Jacob and Hotel NEPTUN) and employs more than 2,700 people. No purchase price was disclosed.
