Pratt & Whitney to expand Niepołomice plant, creating over 120 jobs

RTX unit Pratt & Whitney is investing US$25m (about PLN 95m) to expand its Niepołomice plant near Kraków, which makes tube assemblies and components for the F-35's F135 engine as well as the GTF and PW800 engines. The project is to create more than 120 jobs, is supported under the Polish Investment Zone programme and is due to be operational in 2028 (defence-industry.eu, 04.09.2026).
