HGK to anchor new logistics centre in the Port of Hamburg

The HGK Group is expanding in the Port of Hamburg: its subsidiary HGK Logistics and Intermodal, acting through Pohl & Co., becomes long-term anchor tenant of a new logistics centre on Seehafenstrasse with access to waterway, rail and road, and consolidates existing activities there. The property, planned for the second quarter of 2028, offers HGK about 27,000 m² of hall space (12 m high) with a rail siding and direct vessel access, with paper logistics as the focus; it is being developed with HIH Invest Real Estate, Urban Partners and Four Parx, and DGNB Gold certification is targeted.
