The retaining wall systems (Reinforced Earth walls with square panels and about 3.5 miles of Piano Wall systems, plus GeoTrel products) for the Zone 3 Cocoa-to-Orlando segment were supplied by Geoquest USA (formerly The Reinforced Earth Company / Terre Armee), a subsidiary of France's Soletanche Freyssinet group, itself part of VINCI (France). In addition, the Venture passenger cars and Charger locomotives running across the whole Brightline network - including this route - were built by Siemens Mobility (Germany).

The new Cocoa-Orlando line (Zone 3 of Brightline's Phase 2) comprises about 30-35 route miles of Class 7 track rated for up to 125 mph, built entirely as greenfield construction in a sealed corridor; built 2019/2020-2023, entering service on Sep 22, 2023 with the opening of the Miami-Orlando route. The segment's MSE retaining walls were supplied by France's VINCI subsidiary Soletanche Freyssinet (via Geoquest USA/Reinforced Earth Company), and the trains running on the line were built by Siemens Mobility (Germany).
