The B 10 Rosenstein tunnel beneath Rosenstein Park near the Wilhelma zoo has been open to traffic since 26 March 2022; the adjacent Leuze junction links the B 10 and B 14 federal roads and carries around 120,000 vehicles daily. According to Stuttgarter Zeitung and Stuttgarter Nachrichten (autumn 2025), the roughly €500 million overall project is due for final completion in spring 2026, after costs rose from an original 2010 estimate of about €193.5 million to €495.5 million most recently (March 2025).
