Belgian transport and logistics group JOST is acquiring German freight forwarder CTJ Janssen GmbH (Grevenbroich near Düsseldorf; €135m annual revenue, ~650 employees, 400 trucks). Post-acquisition JOST will employ around 4,000 people with a fleet of 2,100 trucks and 4,500 trailers, strengthening its presence in Europe's largest logistics market (Germany). Financial terms were not disclosed (JOST/CTJ announcement, 27 Aug 2026).
