South-west German fashion chain "Yeans Halle" (Trender Jeansmode GmbH & Co. Sportswear Großhandels-KG) filed for insolvency under self-administration on 24 July 2026 — its second filing in roughly 18 months; Steffen Beck was appointed restructuring managing director. The filing affects 13 stores with around 200 employees, including in Stuttgart, Sindelfingen, Ulm, Augsburg and Karlsruhe. The company cites weak consumer demand, rising costs and a 2025 cyberattack; the first set of proceedings had concluded in December 2024. Stores remain open during the proceedings — no closures or layoffs have been announced so far.
