Norwegian defence and technology group Kongsberg plans to invest more than PLN 200m in a counter-drone systems plant in Pomerania, creating about 100 jobs. Poland's defence minister and Kongsberg CEO Eirik Lie presented the plan at the Warsaw Security Forum on 12 October 2026; the plant is to join the group's global production network and supply Poland as well as future customers in Europe (Puls Biznesu, 12 Oct 2026; Bankier.pl, 12 Oct 2026).
