tradias and Börse Stuttgart Digital plan crypto merger

Bankhaus Scheich's fintech subsidiary tradias and Börse Stuttgart Digital are planning a merger to create a European crypto champion. The aim is to combine trading and custody services for digital assets. The merger is subject to approval by the regulatory authorities.
