GESCO to acquire Baden-Baden machine builder ARKU

Wuppertal-based investment holding GESCO signed an agreement on 1 October 2026 to buy all shares in ARKU; the specialist in precision levelling machines, deburring machines and coil lines for sheet-metal processing employs 189 people at sites in Germany, the US and China and expects revenue of more than €50m in 2026. ARKU is consolidated from 1 October 2026 within the Industrial Assets & Infrastructure segment and its management stays on; GESCO therefore raised its 2026 revenue forecast to €525–543m, while the purchase price remains confidential (GESCO EQS ad hoc announcement, 1 Oct 2026).
