Announced on 19 November 2025: PKP PLK and CPK (Central Transport Hub) signed an agreement on 17 November 2025 to rebuild the Wrocław rail hub so that the high-speed trains of the Y line, planned from 2035, can stop at the longest platforms of the main station; the interface between the two investors is at Siechnice. The plans include a fourth track with a flyover on the western approach, a rebuilt Grabiszyn junction, the reopening of the Wrocław Świebodzki terminus after 37 years (trains from 2029), a freight bypass with new stops for passenger services and the Maślice stop; the trigger is almost 29 million passengers at the main station in 2024. Work is to be completed by the end of 2034 while trains keep running, provided funding is secured; the article gives no costs. The date is a placeholder: only the end of 2034 is given.
