The financial investor Warburg Pincus is taking the grid and industrial software provider PSI Software private via a takeover offer. Update (01.07.2026): PSI and Warburg Pincus announced that all offer conditions, including regulatory approvals, had been met; the bidder had secured 82.33% of PSI shares, with settlement due within ten banking days (PSI press release, 01.07.2026).
