The international firm Ashurst and the US firm Perkins Coie have agreed on a merger to form the entity "Ashurst Perkins Coie". The combined firm, with around 3,000 lawyers worldwide, will be among the 20 highest-grossing firms and is also present in the German market. Update (29 Jun 2026): After partners of both firms approved the deal in April 2026, Ashurst and Perkins Coie announced on 29 Jun 2026 that their combination into Ashurst Perkins Coie had been completed (Líder Legal, 29 Jun 2026).
