In the all-cash offer for Polish parcel-locker operator InPost agreed in February 2026 (EUR 15.60 per share, around a 50 % premium to the undisturbed closing price of EUR 10.40 on 2 Jan 2026), 89.81 % of shares were tendered by the end of the acceptance period, well above the 80 % minimum acceptance threshold. The offer values InPost at about EUR 7.8 billion; the bidder is backed by Advent International and FedEx with 37 % each, alongside A&R Investments (16 %) and PPF Group (10 %). Headquarters, brand and management are to remain in Poland; the listing on Euronext Amsterdam is to end once the transaction closes (Reuters via Euronext, 18 Sept 2026). Update (23 September 2026): the bidders and InPost confirmed that all offer conditions have been met — the offer is now unconditional. Settlement is scheduled for 30 September 2026, with a post-acceptance period running until 7 October 2026; delisting from Euronext Amsterdam could follow on 23 October 2026 if the consortium reaches at least 95% of the shares (trans.info, 23 September 2026, https://trans.info/en/inpost-takeover-moves-closer-as-consortium-secures-majority-of-shares-504288). Update (08.10.2026): After the additional acceptance period the consortium holds 98.49% of InPost's shares; settlement of the shares tendered in the additional period is scheduled for 14.10.2026, a squeeze-out is to be started as soon as possible, trading on Euronext Amsterdam ends after 22.10., and delisting follows on 23.10.2026 (Money.pl, 8 Oct 2026).
