Berlin completes QH Track office ensemble in Europacity

550 m long office ensemble with 133,600 m² of office space (3/4 of the office space in the Quartier Heidestraße). 5 towers up to 55 m high along the rail line north of the main station. Construction time 6 years (2 years delay, originally planned for 2023). First tenants: SAP, Cariad SE (VW), Adler Group. Realised by Townscape (first project in the new business area 'Service Development'). Architect: EM2N.
