Munich-based HR and payroll software provider Personio (more than 16,000 customers) has taken over Circula, a spend-management platform founded in Berlin in 2017 that serves over 3,000 companies with 250,000 users. Circula operates as "Circula by Personio" from 06.10.2026 and its team joins Personio; the company did not disclose a purchase price (Personio, press release, 06.10.2026).
