Stonepeak and Energy Equation Partners are buying Polish fuel retailer Anwim, with more than 540 MOYA stations and about 3bn litres of annual volume, from Enterprise Investors and the founders; no price was given and closing is expected in the second half of 2026 (Stonepeak, 11 June 2026). Update (28 August 2026): the European Commission cleared the deal as case M.12515 (European Commission, Daily News, 28 August 2026).
