DHL Group is buying the parcel group Venipak from its founder Nerijus Raudonis; it operates in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia (and, according to the source, Poland) and is to be integrated into DHL eCommerce. Venipak has about 1,000 employees and 350 independent couriers, about 800 parcel lockers and collection points and 25 logistics terminals; no changes to management or staff are planned. The price is not disclosed and closing is subject to regulatory approvals (LSM English, 28 Jul 2026).
