625 school places (grades 1-10), with a gymnasium upper school planned later. The first school in Marzahn-Hellersdorf using accelerated timber modular construction. Construction time only 13 months. Serial production of the room modules in Köpenick. Four-storey building with sports hall, green roof, barrier-free. Berlin learning and team house concept (compartment principle). A contribution against the 20,000 missing school places in Berlin.
