The Wilhelma light-rail (Stadtbahn) stop in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt was relocated about 200 meters to sit directly in front of the Wilhelma's entrance area, as part of construction work for the Rosenstein road tunnel (B 10) and the Stuttgart 21 rail project. After nearly two years of construction, the new station went into operation on 27 July 2016, per Wikipedia. As part of the same works, the former pedestrian/cycle bridge between Bad Cannstatt station and Wilhelma was dismantled and integrated into a new rail bridge; a specific investment figure for the station itself could not be confirmed via verifiable sources.
